Frances shares some of her training pictures

Frances started training back in February for the Spartan Sprint race which was in April.  

Here she is doing 400 lunges before a run accross the Blue Herron Bride.

Alright, now she is ready to put her taining to the test.  

Was it worth it?  You bet.  Now she is going to continue to train for the Spartan Super in Asheville this August.
