The video footage, recorded from a cell in a U.S. prison, ends with one of the inmates being thrown over a railing. The location of the prison has not been verified; however, the man that uploaded the clip claims it was sent to him by his "cousin Spanky" in a California prison. The status of the man thrown over is unknown.
