A woman walking her dog along a beach in South Carolina stumbled upon the ghastly remains of a mysterious creature that had washed ashore.
The gruesome discovery was reportedly made by Erika Constantine as she and her pet pooch River were visiting a site known as Sunrise Park near Charleston.
Their normally routine trip to the beach took an odd turn when the dog noticed something strange in the sand and ran off to investigate.
