It has maximum sustained winds of 35 miles per hour and is moving west at 16 miles per hour.

The National Hurricane Center is forecasting the system to become Tropical Storm Beryl by Friday morning.  But upper level winds are forecast to weaken the storm and break it up east of the Lesser Antilles over the weekend.
