Proposed Bill Would Give Americans $2000 Until Economy Recovers

Americans have been starting to receive their $1,200 stimulus money that was approved by the government a few weeks ago to give relief to those affected by the pandemic. Well now there's another proposed Bill that may give Americans $2,000 a month until the economy recovers... Good or bad idea?
