There appears to be overwhelming support for the idea of legalized medical marijuana in Florida, regardless of party affiliation, age or gender.

According to a new Quinnipiac University poll, 88 percent of Florida voters support medical marijuana, and only 10 percent oppose it.  Two percent are undecided.

The poll didn't specifically ask about the constitutional amendment on the November ballot that would legalize pot for medicinal purposes, but rather asked about the idea in general.
