A west Atlantic Avenue redevelopment plan has been put on hold. The Delray Community Redevelopment Agency had planned to give six acres to developers for a million bucks. But they've decided to hold off till May 22nd. Originally developers proposed a plan to allow existing businesses to stay put while construction went on around them, but the wording of the contact means that might not happen so everyone wants to take a closer look. The developer plans to bring town homes, shops and offices to the area.
